HHS spokesflack Wendy Stewart sounds like a real prize. And I sure wouldn't mind if someone outed the snitch.
Curious-- for an entity so touchy about "white supremacy," you'd think they'd have a bit more diversity at the top. Maybe that's why they virtue signal so hard.

If you've got "IT", whatever the "IT" under discussion happens to be, no signalling is required.
I doubt the virtue signalling folks will ever figure that out. They're too busy signalling that which they don't really understand, much less have.
