Tell him to gear up and head out into the street. If he's the only one out there, it ain't time yet and he should just go back inside.
Anyway, it isn't likely to be that kind of "revolution." Been there and done that.
It will more likely be the "Atlas Shrugged" kind, and if you look around it just might already be underway.
