I got confused for a second by the editing @ 1:30 when the woman USA was talking about the modifications and then it cut to a pair of hairy hands demonstrating them.

The trailer about the "illegal firearms" being "manufactured outside the US and illegally imported" sounds like BS. Glocks are Glocks, they're all over the place on the stolen market, and any mook smart enough to operate a screwdriver can add one of these "switches" in five minutes. They can be made by anybody with a 3D printer.
