He's got as much experience with design, development, procurement, inventory management, production scheduling, manufacturing, OSHA compliance, quality assurance, receiving, stores, shipping, accounts receivable, accounts billable, contract management, finance, IT, data management, human resources, labor relations, corporate training, marketing, etc. as he does with... writing a book without communications professional "help".
