Heard about this story a few days ago. Really weird thing is, the news stories that include photos of Wilks are split 50-50 on him being a skinny White kid in a hoodie, and a fit-looking Black guy w/dreads. Haven't been able to find anything **authoritative** on this dude's actual identity.
