How that differs from the Missouri State Defense Force, which cannot be federalized, is unclear.

And those "critics" are counting on the average Missourian being oblivious to Perpich, Federalist 46, and Joesph Story's commentaries, and why that's not the same thing and has the potential to eviscerate Founding intent.
