Two important issues the reporter could have explored, but didn't, are:

1. What relationship, if any, exists between a gun's serial number, a trace conducted using said serial number, and the solving of a crime?

2. At what point does raw material, such as an aluminum billet or a can of uncured polymer, become a firearm?

But then I'm reminded that a degree in journalism is third from the bottom if ranked by difficulty, surpassed only by physical education and elementary education.

"Mass shootings last month in Georgia and Colorado have put pressure on the White House to act, as swift legislation is not likely through Congress. Press secretary Jen Psaki reiterated on Thursday that the administration is looking at executive orders.

Police say the deadly shootings at spas in the Atlanta area and a supermarket in Boulder were carried out by suspects using legally-purchased firearms."

Note that none of these shootings were with 3D printed firearms or completed 80% firearms.

Again we find the name 'Susan Rice'.

Is she the hand up the Prez in name only's ass?

Crafting exec edicts costs them nothing but drains our funding and energies in legal moves to undo the damage.

They're working on that.
