Graham has sold himself as a conservative like Biden sold himself as a moderate. He has powerful moneyed backers in the Low Country and RINO segments. I keep hoping he'll be primaried by a real conservative, a Trey Gowdy with charisma. Not holding my breath, though. I think Graham will be "Senator For Life" like Strom Thurmond and Fritz Hollings.
