Hotmail Hacked
Avoid any suspicious emails from my Hotmail account.
I've talked about this before but the consensus was it was merely spoofing and was not directly tapping into my computer.
This time, others in my address book are getting spam purporting to be from me and failed delivery notices come back to me.
I did a full scan on McAfee and also Malwarebytes and it showed clean, and both of those are up to date, so I'm assuming it's a Hotmail issue...especially as it's not taking over address books from my LiveMail, Yahoo and GMail accounts.

A Nothing Day
Had to drive and accompany a parent to a medical procedure, just now getting back, speaking of which, mine hurts from a bit of labor I did earlier, so the hell with it for today.
Just got invited on the Ron Smith Show, WBAL Baltimore to talk Gunwalker with guest host Marta Mossburg tomorrow morning at 10:35 Eastern.
In the mean time, I have to say I was a bit disappointed at how low the interest apparently is in this, page view and social media sharing-wise, especially considering what it's for and how it's in all of our interests to make the event a media success. You who are regulars here--I assume that's because you perceive you get recurring value from the work--if so, how about lending a hand and helping spread the word?
Unless you feel the "Authorized Journalists" adequately represent our concerns and there's no need for a counter-balance...?

I like "The Walking Dead" too, as far as popcorn-in-front-of-the-big-screen entertainment goes. But in one of their supplemental AMC promo videos, the graphic novelist from whose work the series is based, Robert Kirkman, practically squealed in terror when one of the actors handed him his gun, and he confessed he'd never even touched one before, and couldn't get rid of it fast enough.
You'd think he'd know better than to be a real-life hoplophobe. Especially since the terrors that exist in real life make fictional zombies seem pathetic by comparison.
