Barbara Hudson may not have any intention of attempting to get legislation passed by the Texas Legislature but her statements make it pretty obvious that her agenda includes action against our inalienable rights allegedly protected by the 2nd Amendment on the federal level, and the feds don’t give a Big Rat’s Ass about our state and local laws. You will be declared a criminal and/or terrorist by federal legislation regardless of Texas statute. And, when you are killed or arrested by the unconstitutional standing acronym army of federal agents your firearms will be confiscated, never to be seen again, and you will become a statistic in their democratic war against gun criminals and terrorists.
