My lawsuit against the state was dismissed in summary judgment on 1-21-11. I filed for an amended order and my petition was granted on 2-14-11. This is my lawsuit against the state of Tennessee which claims that Tennessee law prohibiting the loaded carry of handguns is facially unconstitutional.

On February 23, 1779 Clark and his group were within three miles of the Fort at Vincennes. They were able to take a British prisoner who told them everything they needed to know. Clark knew he was outnumbered, so he devised a plan to make it seem that there were a lot more men than forty-seven storming the Fort. Vincennes sat on the top of a mountain. He had his men march around in a circle around the fort. The British and the Indians thought there were thousands of soldiers outside. The Indians ran for their safety. As expected, if a bit later than expected, the Oregon legislature (well some Oregon legislators who don't want their names used) have introduced or drafted new anti-rights bills. Playing the Percentages
No specific numbers on how many of those guns "recovered in Mexico and traced back to the United States" were, in fact, military purchases, but the State Department cables indicate a portion of the fewer than 12 percent of the traceable weapons actually came from the United States in gun shop/individual type purchases. Remember, that's not 12 percent of the tens of thousands of weapons recovered - it's only 12 percent of the weapons recovered that were traceable. It's nowhere near the 12 percent figure that has been misquoted and used as evidence of the United State's "horrific" problem of illegal gun sales. That is curious. Especially in the absence of information about who decided the Mexican nationals are not accessories (or even material witnesses), and how that was determined. Media response to ‘Project Gunwalker’ story practically nonexistent
A paper with a “conservative” reputation has finally noticed. It’s one of the few media outlets that have reported on this developing story, and focuses entirely on a major story that broke on Gun Rights Examiner a full six days ago. Other “mainstream press” organizations covering this to date can be counted on one hand.
