As much as I appreciate Fox News, they misstated my position on the Wayne Smith case arising out of South Dakota. So let me break it down:I should have known.

One of the great injustices is that so many "Authorized Journalists" who have utterly abandoned any sense of being government watchdogs are so well rewarded, while the lonely voices working day in and day out in relative obscurity constantly struggle to eke out a minimalist existence.

"Some went over the wall, some tunneled under the wall, others bribed guards, some walked out dressed as officials, another tried to get into a coffin as a replacement for one of their number who had died, while several less scrupulous connived with members of the local populace who helped them escape and then brought them back to collect the five pounds reward, which they afterwards shared." I've noticed visits from DoJ have started happening in pairs--the same IP address, but two different computers, one using Netscape, the other IE, and within seconds of each other.
As I've explained before, per Site Meter, "If there were no out clicks on the last page viewed, the view time of that page will be 0 because it is unknown how long the page was actually viewed."
So--anybody have any ideas for why two simultaneous visits?

Does Ohio state gun law preemption do ‘violence’ to ‘home rule’?
Funny. I don’t seem to recall any of the anti-personal defense crowd recommending regional “home rule” carve-out exclusions to any of their dream edicts. They always seem to be binding everywhere…you know, one size fits all…Today's Gun Rights Examiner column notes "home rule" begins at home, not at City Hall or the State House, and that the object is properly "self rule."

One update I simply had to share: These evil subversives will be astonished if they keep pushing--or if they're not, we'll have failed. The only confusion is that which they intentionally create through lies and manipulation.
Translation is only needed to decipher the intent of these Fourth Estate Fifth Columnists: What they're saying is, we can't claim our rights because we don't understand them. So somebody will have to define the lengths of our chains for us. And they'll explain it in terms we can understand.
I guess until one of them disappears and is erased and a new explanation supplants the last one...
